I had a bunch of leftover rice and two boneless, skinless chicken breasts that needed cooking, so I sliced the breasts into 2cm strips, plopped them on a bed of rice on the bottom of a 2 quart casserole, covered them with garlic powder and pepper, then two cans of cream of mushroom soup and two cans of French-style green beans. Cook about 45 minutes or so at 350 ºF.
