Final Words
This is a difficult review to write. On the one hand, soda is incredibly tasty. On the other, it has zero positive nutritional or other value. Of the sodas I drink, Coke is the “real thing” for me, and I can’t stand their fake sweetener varieties—so I have to watch myself closely. If you are thin, active, have no blood sugar problems, thick dental enamel, and rarely drink any, soda’s probably “okay” once in a while… but for 99.999% of the American population, you should reach for just about anything else in the fridge to drink.
