Worth It?

Not as an everyday breakfast or snack, but it’s fine for once in a while.

Final Words

The biggest problem with this cereal is that it is too darn tasty. Unless you have an iron will, there’s no way you’ll be able to eat just one serving—so your carb load will skyrocket, eliminating all the benefits of the whole grain oats that are the first ingredient. It’s also very sweet, and that could have been ratcheted back as well.
